Set up garage on paved surface

Hello,
I have heard that there are garages that can be placed on paved ground, basically on the paved garage driveway.
A foundation is poured at the four corners.
Does anyone have experience with this?

It often happens, it is even marketed as an advantage "snow and moisture are drained faster" but I still didn't want it.
