What does the land register say, can you quote the relevant passages for us? You should have known the excerpt before the purchase. The child has fallen into the well here.
I don't find the floor plan very nice at first glance, as the entrance area is extremely narrow and there is no wardrobe at all.
Also, on the upper floor there are too many small rooms, where the doors are even supposed to open into the room. A lot of wasted space.
I understand that the width is very limited, but I think a better layout can be achieved. Does the house have a basement?
