we planned our dream house ourselves (with the rudimentary means and knowledge available to us) and would like to get some opinions/improvement suggestions from experts here.
About the location of the plot:
To the north and east, we border directly on neighboring plots, to the west is the access road (30 km/h zone), to the south a small footpath and then the next neighboring plot. The construction site is Baden-Württemberg.
