Good evening,
I have already read through a lot. Thanks to you, I have been able to gain numerous pieces of information. Now it is, we hope, becoming concrete and so I am actively joining the process with many open questions.
Currently, we are on a list of interested parties for plots of land that are allocated by the municipality. The allocation is supposed to start in the next few days. The development plan is legally binding.
I hope something can be seen on the attachment and that I was allowed to include it here.
If you had the choice, which plot would you choose? Unfortunately, the plots northwest of the street are not an option for us due to the prescribed development.
What is to be built – as of now – is a single-family house with a double garage. Depending on the plot – condition & size – either a basement will be built or the footprint of the house will be chosen larger.
Of course, we have 2-3 favorites. But you certainly have thoughts that we have not yet considered.
