Good day,
In our laundry room in the basement, we would like to set up a second bathroom, as it gets a bit tight in the long run with just one toilet/shower.
Now I am looking for a suitable lifting station exactly for this bathroom.
Requirements:
- Connected devices: washbasin and toilet (if possible also washing machine and shower, but not mandatory!!)
- Lifting height 1-2 meters
- The lifting station should go behind a pre-wall installation that is at most 15-20 cm deep. (Width 60 cm height 80 cm possible)
I have already done some research and was initially looking at the Sanipack Up Pro (article number: 0017UP). But then I had some concerns that the macerator might be maintenance-intensive.
Therefore, I thought that a free-flow lifting station (without a macerator, e.g. Wilo Drainlift S) would be the better and maintenance-free choice. Unfortunately, I have not yet found any free-flow lifting station that fits into my pre-wall installation (<20 cm).
Therefore, I have the following questions for you:
- Is a free-flow lifting station really more sensible for my application, or is a good unit with a macerator also sufficient?
- Which manufacturers and models can you recommend with the above requirements (especially the dimensions)? (both with macerator and free-flow)
Thank you very much in advance for your experiences and answers.
Best regards
Scharlie
