Search for the order number for Ikea Besta TV bench cable management

Hello,
we bought a Besta TV bench in 2014 (1.20 m long). At that time, the bench was stepped and cut out at the top on the back, and you could mount a cable management accessory that covered the cutout and at the same time contained numerous guide slots through which cables could be hidden towards the back.
However, we made the mistake of not buying the cable management together with the main furniture, but wanted to do this separately later – now. In the meantime, the design of the TV bench with the same name has changed, and there is no such cable management anymore, but only holes in the TV bench.
Now we wanted to order 1-2 cable managements as spare parts, but even 2 Ikea employees were no longer able to find the order number.
Question: Can anyone help find the order number? Does anyone, for example, still have an assembly manual of the Besta TV bench from 2014 – perhaps the cable management with order number is illustrated there?

Hello, the bench was not available for purchase without the ventilation plates. Or do you mean the Uppleva TV mount?
