Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to ask for your advice before it gets too hot. We have built a solid house. At the handover - still before the exterior plaster - we commissioned a building inspector. He identified several defects and we signed a protocol with the construction company, in which these defects were recorded. We were assured by the construction company that they would take care of the improvements.
The issues mainly concern faulty sealing under the main entrance door, terrace door, and faulty sealing at the walkable flat roof above the garage, which is intended to serve as a large balcony. Nothing has been done about the defects since then, although we have pointed this out several times, and the exterior plastering is supposed to start this week (the defect can no longer be remedied as it will be hidden under the plaster façade). How should we proceed now?
Thank you very much for your comments.
