Schüco window handle position in tilt function

Hello, I have installed a new tilt and turn window Schüco CT-70 Profiserie Classic, I have already installed about 10 windows and have never had any problems with them. I am a precision mechanic. Now, with the window tilted, the handle cannot be positioned completely vertical, but all functions are flawless and the handle positions for turning and closed are correct. Even after removing the supports, the handle cannot be turned to the vertical position. So it cannot be due to the mushroom cams. But what is wrong here? Can the fault be fixed or is the mechanism defective?

Window just installed? Something's not right. Either there is damage to the hardware or something is not aligned. Take the level again and check the installation position. Maybe the frame is warped.

We also have this with a Schüco window. The window fitter says the linkage is too long... but I can't imagine that because it was fine at acceptance. Therefore, I am also interested to see if this will be resolved here.

My crystal ball says there are several possible causes... First, I would check whether all locking pins/mushroom pins/... at the top and bottom are horizontal, as well as the handle side and hinge side vertical, exactly in the marked middle position when the window is open. This is very easy with the sash open and the window handle horizontal, at least for talented hobby window makers it should not be a problem. If there are deviations, please take photos of the spots (not too close so that you can see what is next to them), then we will see further.

Correct error correction! Open the window, remove the rotary handle, remove the gearbox and engage it in the correct position, then reinstall it. Reinsert the handle and check all functions. The error is very rare and can only have occurred during factory installation.
