Hello,

We have been living in our SH122 Var. B for 2 years.

Last year we had a ladybug infestation. These, among other things, entered the house through the water drainage caps on the outside of the window frames, both through open and closed windows. Fly screens with tension frames are installed, but they do not cover the water drainage caps on the outside.

In addition, they nest in the roller shutter box. We had no problems over the summer. Today we discovered the first ladybugs in the house again, which are looking for a winter shelter.

I have already searched the internet for other caps with insect protection but have not found any.

My idea now would be to cover the water drainage and ventilation slots on the inside of the window frames with fly screen fabric.

Do you have other ideas or solutions?

Thank you

That would also interest me a lot. We already have the first dead bodies of these Chinese ladybugs in the window frame. And they stink when crushed :/
