Hello everyone,

who has experience with ordering sanitary fittings such as washbasins etc. on the internet?

I just received an offer from the sanitary specialist trade and now realized that, for example, I can get the same faucet much cheaper online...

Thanks for your information.

Hello house builder planner,

I was also faced with the decision when renovating our house. However, I bought all sanitary items from a specialist retailer. The background is quite simple: what if something breaks. This way, I just take the part to the specialist retailer and get the replacement immediately. Ordering on the internet surely won't be that easy.

Hello,

I fully agree with Mirakulix. Imagine your shower head is broken - you have to send it in and probably wait for a while for a replacement. When buying from [FAchhandel] or [Baumarkt], you will probably get it replaced immediately. So for me, the extra cost would be worth it.

Best regards
Tom

Hello,

I also think it would be better to buy the sanitary items from a specialist store. If something breaks, you can make a complaint and get a replacement part. If you order online, then if something is broken, you will have to return everything and who knows if you will get a replacement.
