Elements made of mineral casting usually have more exciting design shapes and are often quite affordable; I see the issue of lower heat resistance as less critical in the bathroom, but the risk of scratching is more concerning.

Now the question:
Are there significant differences between manufacturers here, i.e., mainly different measures to prevent scratching, such as additional coatings?
Duravit, for example, advertises Wondergliss, which is also supposed to make cleaning easier...

Addendum: Duravit, of course, advertises not only with Wondergliss but above all with Durasolid, etc. - other manufacturers probably have something similar... So how big are the differences, or is mineral cast simply mineral cast with all its advantages and disadvantages regardless of who you buy it from and with which coating, etc.?
