Hello,

I have been operating a Vallox ventilation 250 d in my single-family house for 12 years.

Meanwhile, I no longer deal with planning and further development or comparison of competing devices, but I think there are aspects for which one should share their experiences.

This model is hardly cleanable without completely dismantling it. You cannot reach the dirty areas. There is also the danger of injuring your hands on sharp sheets and points when getting out again. In my opinion, this is a design flaw.

The housing and the interior are so poorly coated that a lot of rust has formed by now.

Before buying a system, one should be clearly aware of the follow-up costs due to very expensive filter changes.

I cannot recommend this product and feel abu[t]t the manufacturer for a lot of money only fooled... no, I will put it differently, deceived.

Best regards

Bodolf

Like the other devices, generally.

That is also absolutely common with such devices and not a flaw per se. Because they are not intended for the user to clean, but rather a professional company every 5-10 years.

It's like with cars: one already has endless rust after three years... the other is still absolutely rust-free after 10 years...

With Vallox, too, you can take the filters from the roll. The filter package costing about 180 euros is simply exorbitant and has no added value compared to the same filter mat from the roll. The appropriate inserts for the roll goods can be obtained online.

This is not meant to say that I think the system is good or anything, but your explanations just sound very emotional and you are simply annoyed by the system. But it’s not all that bad.
