Hello everyone,
the meaningfulness of individual room control for underfloor heating in new buildings has been discussed many times. I am now at the point that I will do without it. If one - like me - decides to go this route, one might think to omit the room thermostats and actuators directly for cost reasons (about 2000 euros in our case) if they are not going to be used anyway. Is there anything speaking against this? Does the building authority perhaps take a closer look here and check whether everything is installed properly?
As a remark: We are receiving a subsidy for our heat pump. Is there perhaps someone who might be more interested in this topic?
I will probably at least lay a cable from the potential installation site of the room thermostats to the installation site of the actuators so that I could retrofit if necessary.
