Hi everyone,

I would be interested to know which prefab house builder you built with, and whether there was any room for negotiation. After setting the costs, it is usually a bit over €300,000 (just the house itself). Is there still anything possible? Maybe at least 3% discount or something like that?

I would be very interested to know what you were able to get.

Regards

So most companies currently have rather too many customers (waiting times are generally getting longer). Our neighbor received an upgrade of the heating system on top last month. Otherwise, there wasn’t even something like a discount...

Yes, they are all doing too well.

Everyone says "the interest rates are low, build now." Complete nonsense. The interest effect is eaten up two or three times over by the outrageous land prices and the developers and their premium costs. I currently do not find it cheap to build, but expensive.

Not building is inexpensive, but financing is. That is why building and buying are expensive.

Yes, you're right. So I probably have to pay the list price.
