Hello,
I have already googled like crazy, but somehow I am completely confused about all the different types of construction. Also regarding the appearance.
It’s about a [Fertigbinder] and a [Freiraumbinder]. Can someone explain the difference to me?
With [Fertigbinder], the parts arrive on site ready. And when they are assembled, you can hardly walk on top without stepping over a beam every two steps?
[Freiraumbinder] also come ready to the site, but up there you have like a small room/mini room and can, for example, dance?
What is better? And how does it compare price-wise? Big difference?
Thanks for your help

"Fertigbinder" are all of them. But there are different types:

Often the trusses also serve as the ceiling, meaning the bottom chord is designed as a ceiling beam. Or a truss is placed directly on an existing ceiling.

So it depends on your installation situation.

Yes, I know that these are all prefabricated trusses, but somehow I don't quite understand the difference between prefabricated truss construction and open-web truss construction. The prefabricated truss is confusing because an open-web truss is also a prefabricated truss, just a different form/type. Or maybe they simply mean that the roof is made as a prefabricated truss construction, generally speaking... In the conversation, she said that the open-web truss would be significantly more expensive, but it is also a prefabricated truss construction... Really confusing...

Oh, and the binders are placed on an already existing ceiling, therefore they do not function as a ceiling.

Then it's more like these:

The word Freiraumbinder is actually confusing, because it's actually no longer a truss, since the bottom chord is missing in this case. Prefabricated roof truss fits better, although it will probably be delivered in two parts due to its size, meaning it’s not really fully finished yet.
What roof pitch do you have?

Unfortunately, Bauexperte has removed the link.
Our roof pitch is 25 degrees. With the prefabricated truss construction, you don't have any surface to stand on at all, right? Isn't everything connected by such braces crisscross? So you basically always have to climb through or over some beams.
We would like a construction where you already have a small standing area at the top without having to climb over beams, so that if you were to clad the sides, you would have a small storage room of a few square meters.
