Hello,
a tedious topic. In 2015, we built on a corner plot (inherited). Now a new development area is being developed after us.
A street was already present, but it had to be torn up so that sewage systems etc. could be installed for the new plots.
Of course, we are also honor-bound to contribute significantly.
My question: How exactly is it calculated? Plot size x factor number of floors x the currently set €35.00, right? Then 2/3 of that since we own a corner plot?
For us, however, it was said that we would have to pay a street expansion contribution since a street was already present. This would mean that the municipality would have to cover 30% of the costs instead of the 10% you fixed?
I could get so annoyed, if the street had been broken, I wouldn’t have said anything, but just because they have to put their stuff in there
Thank you very much in advance.
