Hello everyone,
We have a plot of land with a "path" opposite the street. This is laid out as a grass path.
We own 25% of this path.
Another person, whom we do not know, owns 50%.
And a neighboring couple owns another 25%.
The latter two will do everything to put obstacles in our way.
For our earthmover operator, it would be necessary to leave the property via this path with the excavator.
Can the neighbors prohibit something like this?
After all, there is a path that partially belongs to us. Right of way is not separately registered.
If the path gets "damaged" in the process, we will of course repair it again.
Best regards
