Review of Draft Work Plans - Single-Family House

Maybe someone can help me determine whether these draft floor plans are okay or if there is something that stands out or is entirely unadvisable and disrupts living in the house? For example, whether the covering can be 1 cm if a wooden floor is planned in the living room and whether the staircase looks good and is comfortable to use? The plans are not quite finished yet.

Furnish the place. There are some tight spots. The open-plan room is not really easy to furnish. A negative highlight is the short wall stub in the middle of the room for the bathroom drain. That is called poor planning. The dressing room is also not sensible. The dormer in the bedroom is not necessary at all.

The property is 364 sqm large, living space is planned around 200 sqm. I don't know what other information is required. I have attached the site plan.
