residential ventilation system

Hello,

we have received our offer from the property developer. We would like to build a Kfw 79 with 149 WoFIV. To achieve Kfw 70, we were considering an additional insulation package and a controlled comfort residential ventilation system with central heat recovery and manual summer bypass. Ventilation unit from the company Vallox, model Controlled Residential Ventilation 090 SC, with 4-step control. Designed for up to 200 m² usable area and a maximum of 8 rooms.

Does anyone know this system or have experience with it?

We have underfloor heating everywhere on the ground floor and upper floor. We will heat with a gas condensing boiler from the company Junkers including a 120l hot water storage tank.

I always wonder what these things actually do. I now have a small private club room in Berlin and would like to have a ventilation system installed afterward. Is the fresh air actually sufficient? If you have 100 people in 50 sqm, some of whom smoke?

Vallox is a product series by the company Heinemann and is distributed through specialist SHK wholesalers. Technically, the products are beyond reproach.
