Hello,
the plastic mount of the lever has broken off for me. I have purchased the corresponding spare part. However, when I apply my wrench, the entire component rotates. Is the thread calcified? Do I need to hold it in place? Or is the problem somewhere else?
I have labeled the picture in the attachment.
