Replace roller shutter sliding door

Good day, I am here and I hope I am in the right place. The problem is that the roller shutter motor on my sliding door / lift door is broken and needs to be replaced. I know that the maintenance opening is at the bottom, which is not possible here, so the cover in the front must be removed, but it was already a hassle just to get the strip off, which is also defective, as well as a part of the cover. The window fitter no longer exists. Best regards Christian
