Renovation/modernization of a commercial facility with approx. 2,000 sqm!!!!

Hello, can someone give me a rough estimate of the cost of modernizing a large commercial facility that was built in 1970? Or does anyone have experience? It is only about the exterior wall and windows. I have attached two pictures. One is the current state of the building, and the other is how I imagine it. Thanks in advance.

The cheapest option will probably be to build the house in this hall. Removing all the concrete around it will already be fun.
