Renovate Okal house built in 1970 - Who has experience with that?

Good morning, does anyone have experience with the renovation of an Okal House built in 1970? I want to keep the roof truss, or rather support it, and remove the exterior walls piece by piece and replace them with masonry and an external thermal insulation composite system. Who has a contact person who has already done this? Ideally near the Steinhuder Meer near Hanover. For me, there is either this solution or a complete demolition. Thank you for your suggestions

That sounds naively creative.

Why do you trust the roof structure more than the wall construction?

If it should be biologically harmful, the same should apply to the roof.

What one would rather do is remove the cladding and rebuild the walls using the previous technique but updated to the current standard.

Without known structural engineering, I don't see anyone continuing to use the roof on a "solid" house.

we are a young family and are considering buying an Okal house type 117 OT built in 1970, but have extensively read about the issue of pollutant contamination in various forums...
If we buy it, only a complete renovation is really an option or even better, replacing the ground floor masonry as you had planned. Were you able to carry out the project or did you decide on a different solution? I am grateful for any tips/experience.
