Almost all floor tiles could be lifted and removed easily with the screwdriver. None are broken.

There are narrow tile strips at the shower that are difficult to remove. I painstakingly removed the first tile strip with the screwdriver. Should I now use a hammer and chisel?

Thank you

Hello

If you manage not to damage the wall in the process, then yes. It looks critical because the joint facing the wall appears to be joint mortar and not silicone.

Thank you, the joint is actually partly made of grout. About half is just silicone. Meanwhile, I have managed half of the tile strips. Done so carefully, it would certainly cost a lot if done by a hired company, since the time required is considerable. I estimate it takes over half an hour per strip. Patience is half the battle.

I loosen the tile strips with a screw driver and a small hammer. It is important to repeatedly loosen the entire length of the tile strip. The fewer individual pieces there are, the easier it is. Similar to removing wallpaper.
