Relocate door opening for Ikea PAX conversion

Hello,

I bought a Pax cabinet on Ebay. For the smaller part (50 cm), I now want to move the door opening to the other side.

Removing the hinges works without any problems, but the screws are attached in a kind of dowel, which I no longer have for the other side. Removing the old dowels is hardly possible, they mostly tear apart.

Does anyone have an idea? Any tips?

Hej, you probably mean those little white "caps" that the screws fit into. Once mounted, you can't get them out intact anymore. There's only one solution: go to your Ikea and get new panels either from the spare parts machine or from customer service, where the screws already come with the white caps. Regards Return
