Hello,

yes, I know, there are 1000 different quality standards etc., but in the forum there is also a QM/price that is floating around for the finished house (approx. 2000€/QM).
Therefore, short and to the point, what can one roughly estimate for the interior finishing (floors, tiles, ceilings, walls) based on your experience?

Many thanks and Merry Christmas to you all :)

The question cannot really be answered. If you are satisfied with the floor coverings, the fixtures, or the number of sockets from the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung], you will certainly be cheaper than with the [Ausstattungsvariante Massivholzparkett und Edel-Keramik].

Just write what you can imagine well, then you will certainly receive rough costs from those who have installed similar things.

Medium equipment 750€ just to throw something out there. However, this value is as meaningful or meaningless as 2500€ per sqm for the new building. (2000€ are hardly ever reached anymore).

What do you mean by interior finishing? You listed the painting work. (Floor coverings belong to the painting trade). What about electrical and sanitary work?

You can calculate it yourself if you know regional prices and the materials.
Your list is shaped by the material... and there is a range from... to... you know that. And then the price often depends on the sizes... from... to... . So a bit more input in the question would be expected.

Yes, you are probably right. It's a bit short-sighted. I will first have the surface calculations sent by the home builder. Then I have to see what a realistic average for all the various materials is. We will get a house in timber frame construction 81/5 from the regional carpenter/joiner. Then there will be screed and all walls will be covered with OSB boards at the end. Some ceilings will be left "open", so nothing needs to be covered there. The rest will be done with drywall or directly plastered. For all of this, I still need a "ballpark figure". In the "standard". Actually, just as Yvonne already says, I meant "only" painting work.

Then calculate the areas: floors, walls, tiled walls... at what heights is work being done? Is hazard pay to be included?

And then: what is the intention behind this? Do you want to calculate your [EL] or estimate a cost estimate? This also depends on the region: therefore have several estimates made and compare.
