Reduction of clearance area in case of subsequent insulation - Saxony

Hello,

there is a regulation in Saxony about how far one may undershoot the distance areas when subsequently insulating the building envelope.
I think it was 20 or 30 cm.
I had it before, but unfortunately I simply can't find it again, or I am searching for the wrong thing.

Can anyone help?
