Redesigning land outside urban areas - What is allowed?

Hello dear experts,
I would like to make some changes to my property which I use as a firewood storage. The property is located outside of town and in BW.
I would like to thin out the middle hedge a bit and fence the property along the red marking (which is also the boundary) with a hedge. Is this allowed and where can I find what is allowed and what is not?
Maybe later I would also like to build a small shelter (similar to a carport) so that I don’t always have to park my trailer at my house.

What is the plot declared as? Agricultural land? You are usually allowed to clear hedges and similar bushes and replant them as you wish, but of course it’s different with buildings. However, to my knowledge, you have to be a bit patient for nature conservation reasons; I believe clearing is only allowed again from October 1st (birds and other creatures are probably nesting now). Furthermore, the area must not be a registered biotope, otherwise you are not allowed to do anything at all. Buildings are generally not allowed in the outer area; whether you can get permission there I doubt. However, if you simply put up a cheap wooden shed for the trailer, not much will happen; in case of doubt, it just has to be removed again.
