Redesign the bathroom

Hello,
we are currently facing a big problem or rather it is almost a construction site, our mini bathroom. Later, when the problem is solved, I would like to design it in the style of the turn of the century. I was thinking of the following furniture Hemnes / Rönnskär. Since we can get sinks cheaply to put on the table, we would have to build the lower part ourselves. I immediately thought of the Hemnes dresser for the bathroom. Or just Rönnskär, but it doesn't work with it the way I imagine it, well, it would work with the rest. Does anyone have any other ideas?

I just got an idea. Can anyone help me with this? Could the Rönnskär shelf / or the shelves be repainted :confused: I would then paint them white. The wall color will probably be a cream white or milky white, possibly with 2 stripes in light pink. I have already found matching cream-colored tiles to go with our others :) .
Hope it works out the way I would like.

Almost every surface can be painted when using appropriate primers and paints.
