Redesign existing bathroom planning in a new apartment

Our idea was to turn the storage room into a guest toilet. We would like to move the shower from the actual guest toilet into the bathroom so that we can make the room a storage room. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

Apartment block construction is not a wish concert - you can't just step out of line when it comes to the supply and disposal lines.

Hello, dear forum,
Why so much effort when you probably have to pay for all the effort for the other apartments anyway?!
The effort hardly results in any significantly better use...
And a second bathroom always adds value to an apartment.
