The dream of owning a home becomes more expensive in Lower Saxony!

The future red-green state government of Lower Saxony wants to charge real estate and land buyers more.

The real estate transfer tax is to be increased from 4.5 to 5 percent, as stated in the coalition agreement between the SPD and the Greens published on Wednesday. In addition, the new government, which is to be sworn in on February 19, plans federal council initiatives to reintroduce the wealth tax and the inheritance tax.

In this way, financial scope is to be expanded and state debt reduced. Red-Green estimates the debt mountain at 60 billion euros. The designated SPD Prime Minister Stephan Weil had already emphasized at the beginning of the coalition negotiations that all reform plans were subject to the condition of serious counter-financing.

yes, actually a harmless step... in the Pfalz the step from 3.5 to 5% was last March. In BW it has been at 5% for a longer time.

Generally stupid though. The federal clown association talks about wanting to improve family management, and immediately home ownership subsidies disappear, and taxes are increased. Singles rarely build houses... it is families who suffer under the enormously increased prices.
If we did not have our families behind us, it would hardly be possible for us as an academic couple to build ourselves.

Red-Green will sort it out; they are very likely to govern nationwide in Berlin soon ... I do not understand at all how anyone can vote for these clowns  Best regards

Well... Red, Green, or Black clowns... clowns remain clowns... I'll say this much, it can only get better... Mom is otherwise ruling the country into a coma.

I will remind you of this sentence when the red clowns are in charge .... Prudence has never hurt :-) I think she is doing a very good job - if only the yellow clown were more reliable. Tonight I again have the "pleasure" of playing skat with a yellow city councilor. His mantra: any dilemma is "only" the fault of the bad press, which simply refuses to publicize the "good" deeds of the FDP ... Kind regards
