Recommendations for structural construction companies for turnkey construction LK Dingolfing

Hello!

We have bought a plot of land in the new development area (Kleines Dorfrand) and need/want to build a single-family house according to the "allowed development plan" (which I assume is usual for a new development area). We want to build solidly and turnkey or with minimal own effort. I have seen advertising from Town & Country Trausnitz and a local one-man construction company (an appointment to discuss has already been arranged with him). Does anyone here have experience with Trausnitz Town & Country? We are not so sure about the franchise/chain way, but unfortunately we do not know any construction companies nearby/region ourselves.

If anyone here could recommend construction companies (solid, turnkey) for the Dingolfing district (Lower Bavaria) (from personal experience or general knowledge etc.), that would help us a lot.

There is a moderated section here - there you will find companies discussed with the names of the district towns surrounding your construction site. Town & Country are not all bad ;-) but it is a parent brand whose partner companies in the different regions vary greatly in their recommendability. From my point of view, the best construction companies can be found by taking walks around the building areas on site.

Many thanks for the link and the note, I have taken note of this with Town & Country, it should not be any general criticism of the franchise/company. I meant more that probably very little or no customization would be possible with them. I will try to find reviews for them here with us and will also look at the link right away.
