Recommendations for GU for or from the Mainz area

Hello, we want to build a single-family house in the Mainz area. Are there any recommendations for construction companies that can build the property [Schlüsselfertig]? Preferably, they should also be from the Mainz area. Thank you

The following companies are known to me:
- Gemünden Bau from Ingelheim
- Massivhaus Mittelrhein Koblenz
- Artos Koblenz
- Besthaus Mainz
- Zenz Mainz

I would like to recommend the first three.

The basis of my recommendation is feedback from builders that I have collected over the last two years (I have spoken or emailed with about 10 builders per company).

It is very likely that we will still build with Gemünden this year.

At least I already have them on my radar.

Is there any experience with Besthaus? They are very active here, but you don't read anything about them.

Massivhaus Mittelrhein is headquartered in Mendig, not in Koblenz. The show house is located in Mülheim-Kärlich, near Koblenz.

Are there also experiences with "smaller" construction companies from the region that act as general contractors?

How small? And exactly where do you want to build?
