Hello everyone,
our construction planning is finally making some progress... unfortunately, we have not yet found a construction company 100% suitable.

- Bien-Zenker with "eco-wall" - basically quite nice, but the salesperson was a bit pushy and wanted to quickly sell (overpriced) land from a private owner... so rather out
- a general contractor from Wächtersbach (Kreppenhofer) basically satisfactory - some details are still missing and rather at the upper price limit (440k including basement + additional costs), but 36.5 Ytong, turnkey, centrally controlled ventilation + air-water heat pump from Nibe, 2*120 level-access showers, KfW55, 1.5 stories, about 150 sqm including cross house/bay window & gable roof
- a general contractor from Bad Nauheim, about 10k cheaper (somewhat different scope of construction services) --> unfortunately, the salesperson was also a bit slow --> If the salesperson is slow, how slow will the construction be? --> out
- Helma - was nice, but unfortunately no further appointment proposal or similar came after the "getting to know each other" --> then just not

Still pending
- Conversation with architects
- Conversation with Hessenhaus (actually prefer solid house, but was recommended to us to listen to them once)

Others? I found Südwesthaus in the forum, but without further recommendations - do you have any suggestions where it is worth inquiring?

The person in sales has nothing to do with the "production"!

In the section with names of found companies or of district towns in the vicinity of the construction site, there should be another selection or reviews.

... makes a good impression on me, and regarding the salesperson I quote Frank´N Furter: don´t judge a book by its Cover ;-)

I really didn’t find that much with Hanau/Gelnhausen, hence the thread ;) And yes don´t judge a book by its Cover ;-) I totally agree with you, BUT do you buy a 400k book that’s supposedly good but you are not convinced by? ;) You can miss one appointment – but two? And then blame potential customers?

Well, in any case I can assure you that in the entire housing industry it is the rule that you cannot infer quality from the sales guy to the craftsmen with the trowel, even though this is not quite as pronounced with the mid-sized companies as it is with the big ones. My impression of Kreppenhofer is that if I were you, I would still keep him in the race.
