Recommendations for a general contractor company in the Frankfurt/Darmstadt area

Hello dear forum members,

I am currently looking for a general contractor with whom people have had positive experiences.

A 150sqm single-family house without a basement (solid) is to be built. I have already visited Streif Haus house (model home park Bad Vilbel), Weberhaus, and I have further appointments with Heinz von Heiden and Kress (Baumeister-Haus). None of these seem quite right to me yet.

With Weberhaus you mean a prefabricated house? Then Fingerhaus would also be an alternative. Our future neighbors built with them and were very satisfied.

Do you mean WeberRechtenbach then? They have a very good reputation. Also build with them. But the lead time is really long. And it’s best to plan everything possible already in the initial phase, because the surcharges can sometimes be quite high.

But they really work very well and you can talk to them.
