Why don’t you leave an invitation to tender with an architect from the area and see which GCs will apply? Here in the forum there is a section – unfortunately somewhat harder to find after the reorganization – https://www.hausbau-forum.de/forums/erfahrungen-mit-hausbau-firmen.119/ where many GCs from various regions are discussed.
