Recommendation for construction supervision in the Potsdam area

Hello, we are about to finalize a house construction contract in the Potsdam area. Has anyone had positive experiences with construction experts who are supposed to accompany the house building and protect us from unwanted surprises? We are thinking of an amount of around 3000 €. The net house construction sum (excluding extras and additional building costs) is about 230,000 €. Thank you very much!

so we built in Brandenburg last year.

Solid construction, gable roof with 127m² living space and heat pump.

Overall, everything went very well with our house construction.

Still, we were very glad to have our independent construction supervisor.

Therefore, our tip for Berlin and Brandenburg gladly on request.

There were always situations that one as a layman misjudged / did not estimate optimally.

Also regarding the topic of self-performance, the construction supervisor was a great help.
