Recommendation for a construction company in the Rhein-Neckar district

unfortunately, we are still at the beginning of the odyssey, but a suitable plot of land is already available.

Now we are being courted by the company steinke & weller to also build the house directly. However, I would like to see a few other alternatives. Could you please name a few regional/extra-regional providers (it should be solid construction).

Otherwise, I would of course like to be advised by an expert who does not want to sell me a house right away...

Since the website of the aforementioned provider is not accessible, I have no opinion on who might be equivalent to them. Searching for "solid construction + city name" (at least the nearest district towns) usually yields successful results for regional providers.

Could you please name a few regional/supranational providers for me (it should be solid construction).

As I saw on Facebook, the provider S&W, which is based in Groß-Umstadt according to the commercial register, shares its logo with the competitor Ramsauer + Zingraf (Groß-Bieberau, also in Darmstadt district). Both are apparently Town & Country license partners. Differences can occur there too (then rather in business conduct than in the model program or construction method), but looking specifically for a regional provider – which I find a wise approach – only really makes sense if you do not end up choosing a nationwide provider anyway. What postal code area is the property in?
