Recommendation construction consulting / accompaniment Munich area

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a suitable construction consultant regarding construction supervision for a project involving the purchase of a new build from the developer (semi-detached house) in the Munich area (from contract review, building inspector, and acceptance possibly price negotiation)? There are many names on the internet, but which ones are good?

Finding someone to take over the services mentioned in Peter Ts.’s contribution will certainly not be easy.
The person performing these services (contract review, construction supervision, and construction acceptance, possibly price negotiation) must also assume liability/partial liability for this, but usually has little influence on what is presented to them.
Either this person will demand an appropriate fee or recklessly put their existence at risk.

Have you already set your sights on a specific project?

Are there no available plots of land to purchase in the Munich area, on which one can then plan and build their new home with the architect/structural engineer of their choice?
In such a case, you have a trusted partner at your side from the very beginning, who can also take care of everything else as desired.
