Hello everyone and thank you very much for being accepted here in the forum. I recently moved into a new apartment and still need to renovate a few things before it becomes "livable." In doing so, I constantly face new challenges, such as the following:
In one room, after removing the old wallpaper, a lining paper appeared. This is fine so far and, in my opinion, can also be wallpapered over with new wallpaper. As a precaution, I applied a primer with deep primer anyway.
However, in one spot, I have the problem that the lining paper along with the plaster underneath is protruding from the wall.
The area around this piece is solid. Does anyone have an idea how I can best fix this here? Is there a special adhesive that securely bonds the protruding piece to the wall?
Thanks in advance.
