Realistic prices per square meter for house construction?

After gathering information for a few months, we want to see realistic prices.

Therefore, we are simply asking you,
House basement 95 square meters
House ground floor 95 square meters
House attic 95 square meters living space
Double garage approx. 7x8m
Offset shed roof
Shell construction to be erected (solid) (which stone is not yet known)
Electrical, water, sheet metal, sanitary work done by ourselves

All floors tiled.

Heating: underfloor collectors
Wood stove in the living room

I hope I have everything

After the above post, one would think that everything is already settled with you ;)
And why do you want to know the bauskostenHolz = costs for timber construction, when it clearly says so in the text?...

Last but not least, it is true that you don't get realistic prices in a forum – for that, you have to get quotes from house building companies.

It is massive and yes it is already solid, only the costs vary a lot, from architect to architect the costs differ significantly even though the plans are the same

You have several architects? Do you also pay several fees to them? Or do you have several general contractor offers? Then you know what Company X or Company Y charges?!?!?
