Hello everyone,

it is said EUR 2,000 per sqm. But no one can really define exactly what is included in that. Why not simply include all the costs, meaning including special requests, additional costs for all connections, construction electricity, taxes and notary but WITHOUT land. After all, these are the costs that everyone has. Wouldn't such a calculation be more transparent?

Unfortunately, nowadays you are far from the EUR 2,000. Or?

No, such a calculation would not be more transparent. The range between an inexpensive and a high-quality house construction with x m² is not as large as, for example, the range between inexpensive and high-quality bathroom/kitchen/outdoor facilities/.... Likewise, the earthworks can either be negligible depending on the building ground or make up a significant portion of the total costs. The same applies to development and all other costs, which largely depend on the specific project and are difficult to standardize.

Special requests are charged separately anyway, as is the architect fee. It is about a somewhat standardized house without gimmicks and special requests.
