Raffstore incorrectly adjusted?

Hello everyone,

could you please show some pictures of how the venetian blinds look when they are completely closed at your place?
For us, it looks like this:

To me, this looks strange. Not like a clean finish.
I could imagine that the end position is not programmed correctly. But since I have no experience with venetian blinds, I am not sure.

The window installer has not yet completed the final endpoint adjustment or it was correct before and then the terrace was built and the blinds came down. Please kindly make the fine adjustment. GD
