Hello everyone,
In our draft purchase agreement the following point is stated:
The buyer and his legal successors in ownership of the contractual possession are prohibited from changing the
a) ....
b) ....
c) the house plaster to be executed.

Of course we will ask the notary what is meant by this but not even my lawyer who reviewed the contract has ever heard of it.
There is currently no house on the property. We will only build it next year...
Thank you very much in advance

Hello,

an almost forgotten term :-)

The development plan probably states that the new building must have a white, colored, or multicolored paint finish. You have to comply with that and must not deviate from it.

Kind regards

Strange because nothing is stated in the development plan. But I’ll read it more carefully again!!! But I’m allowed to renew it, right, but the color has to be the same, doesn’t it??

Hello,

Yes.

Maybe the term "house plaster" is also a fragment of an old draft by the notary, which was forgotten to be removed. Ask your notary :-)

Kind regards
