Hello dear ones,
I'm currently a bit desperate.
We are looking for a suitable actuator plate for our urinal. Normally, this shouldn’t be a problem, but an acquaintance got us an in-wall mounting frame for the urinal and also installed it. No idea from which brand :-( Now the tiling is done and the urinal is already hanging on the wall. We just don’t know which actuator plate fits. We have here a urinal actuator plate from Geberit Sigma 01. This one does not fit; probably a completely new system?!? Then we bought the cover plate Surf for Rapido from GROHE. However, the cartridge did not fit. It was too wide. Now we are at our wit’s end ;-) Do you know which actuator plate would fit here? In the photos you can (I hope) see something. I also took a photo of the dummy (the red part). It has a diameter of approx. 2.5 cm.
