Hello, I don't know if I'm in the right place here but, well, just starting.

My wife and I want to build a two-family terraced house with a granny flat together with her sister and her husband; we have a plot of land with about 1200m² of ground area. So far, we have thought that we will have equally sized living spaces on the right and left for us and her sister, and in the middle, a smaller single-story apartment for her grandma and aunt. This smaller granny flat is currently planned to be about 80m²; the outer apartments do not yet have a specific size!

Now my question to you: has anyone of you perhaps seen something like this and can help us with photos (floor plan) or something like that, or even built something like this yourselves?

I don't think anyone will hand over their plans to you; on the one hand, they paid for them, on the other hand, they would be liable for damages :-)

We have calculated something like this once before, how much do you want to spend?

It's not really about someone leaving me their planning, pictures of the finished house or a photo of the floor plan would be enough so that we have a reference!

Spending max is about 500 to 600k with a basement!

Just find an architect. Discuss with him what you want and he will draw you a floor plan with views.......

In the attached example, the granny flat consists of the ground floor and attic. For the rest, you should clarify the possibilities of the property in a joint discussion with your architect :-)
