Hello,
as the title already says, it is about the buildability of a property in the outer area. We own a relatively large plot on the outskirts. Part of it is built with old stables. According to the land use plan, these are located in the building area. I would like to build a single-family house on the other part, which is in the outer area and therefore, according to the land use plan, is no longer a building area. Now the problem is: is it possible that a parcel can simultaneously be building land and agricultural land? Or can I achieve something legally there?
For understanding, the parcel is so large that it extends from the building land in the inner area into the outer area.
I know it is probably difficult to imagine! :/ Just ask if there are any comprehension problems.
I hope you can still give me some good advice. Thanks
Regards
