Question about the notary contract

Hello and good day everyone,

I have a question about the contract draft from the notary: "die geltendmachung eines weiteren schadens ist nicht ausgeschlossen"

What is meant by this sentence :-)?

A little more context would probably be helpful.

If a party does not act in accordance with the contract, e.g. does not pay, or refuses to transfer possession, or does not clear the land register, the other party may suffer damage. Direct damage, and possibly further consequential damages. Example. A sells land to B. A assumes that B will pay. And in turn acquires a condominium from C. A does not pay. B must pay C but is now forced to finance in a hurry. Clear?
