Hello,

an architect roughly calculated 800 m3 of living space for me in an initial inquiry (bungalow 120 m2 living area, exterior dimensions 12x14m, hip roof not developed). He then estimated costs of 260€ per m3 for a medium standard.

1. Isn't 800 m3 a bit of a very rough overestimation?

2. Does his fee already included in the 260€?

Thanks to you for your efforts!!!

I am guessing no, but your architect will certainly answer your question!

Hello,

No idea, could be, or maybe not

No idea, could be, or maybe not. But most likely not ;)

Honestly, how is anyone supposed to assess whether the architect miscalculated your house or not?

But just calculate it yourself ;)

Cheers
