Since very ugly wall tiles are installed in the apartment I will be moving into soon and they are only on one side, but my kitchen is L-shaped, I have decided after a long search on Fastbo in white tile pattern. As I have read from various posts, they can apparently also be attached with silicone adhesive and you don't have to use the rails.

However, I have the following questions

1. The distance between the worktop and the wall cabinet is 56 cm in my case, but Fastbo is only 50 cm high. What to do? Can the panels be easily cut so that you can basically add another row of tiles below? That would generally not be bad, because both walls have windows. I would then also have to cut out their shape from Fastbo...

2. When I search online at Ikea for this wall tile version, a red one is immediately shown to me as well. What is that about? Are they only sold in this combination?

I would be very happy for advice.

At least with a saw, the panels will be easy to cut. The panels have a decoration on both sides, therefore [weiß] does not exist without [rot].

Thank you for the reply. The part about sawing already helps me. However, I don't understand the part about the [Dekor]. But the panels themselves are white, aren't they? Do they really reflect as much as they look like in the photos? That looks pretty plastic-like... It doesn't seem to be quite as bad with black.

On one side white, on the other red. With the red side, you then stick the panels to the wall, unless you suddenly discover Red as your color.

Thank you very much
